{EAT} Golden Turmeric Latte

It is SO. DAMN. COLD. in Edmonton, which means people are going to be getting sick. As a private chef I deal with food daily and I simply cannot afford to get sick- a sick Bianca is a Bianca that is losing money; and my motto is "don't f*ck with my money!"

Turmeric is an immunity powerhouse and is on my master grocery list and often on my weekly grocery list too- don't know what I'm talking about? Read my last post about Minimalistic Meal Planning ;) Turmeric cares for the liver which is our main immunity organ and helps to fortify the liver so it can help keep us healthy during the sick season of the year!

If you don't like coffee, you can sub black tea, chai tea or omit the caffeine component completely- use the same volume of hot water instead.

Golden Turmeric Latte

1 cup brewed coffee, hot
1/2 cup coconut milk, hot
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp raw honey
1.5 tsp ground turmeric

Combine everything in a blender for 5 seconds. Enjoy hot or cooled down
