If it sounds like I do a lot, it’s because I do! I like to say I’m a Chef by training, a TV personality by passion, and an On-Camera Coach by chance.

Food is my passion and talking is my gift; and my career as a chef and TV personality are the perfect medley of my two passions, talking and food.

Since 2019 I have been a Food Expert on the Marilyn Denis Show, Canada’s #1 Daytime Talk Show; as a member of the on-air team I create and present healthy, delicious and easy recipes and go live into more Canadian homes than any other daytime show in Canada.

For the past 2 years, we’ve been doing it from home (eye roll), so I’m more than just a chef and food expert; I’m a camera operator, food stylist and producer.

CombiNATION Plates, on CTV Life Channel, combines culinary classics from two different cultures to celebrate and elevate their cuisines. Set in stunning kitchen, it’s packed with high-concept visual design to create haute-quality plating that you have never, ever, been seen before. I REALLY get to flex my chef muscles!

As a Canadian television personality on Canada’s #1 Daytime Talk Show, and host of my own cooking show on Canada’s CTV, I’m the on-camera confidence coach and media trainer, who infuses principles of mindset into dynamic on-camera coaching.

With experience in mainstream media, in addition to online video platforms, mentoring people to bring their best self to life on camera is my passion!
