Celery juice has been having its moment. I mean, there was a time not too long ago where you couldn’t find celery for less than $5.00; and because I love a trend, here we are.
These celery flavoured beverages are for everyone, those teetotal or those who have been cocktailing their Pandemic off. What’s more, you can use your celery lemon juice mix in a whole host of ways.
- I use it in my morning wellness tonic, in addition to Cultured Coconut and kombucha; my liver loves it.
- I have been mixing it with, more, kombucha and sparkling water, during Mission Anti-Inflammation
- And forthcoming, I will shake it with tequila and pour it over lemon sparkling and garnish with lemons and lime. After over a month of abstaining from one of my favourite activities, cocktail imbibing, I’m coming back with a bang!
It really doesn’t matter which of these celery juice beverages you choose to enjoy, but know this, you will be happily sipping them through this pandemic and beyond.

Celery Juice Syrup
- 1 ½ cups celery juice, about 1 head juiced
- 3 lemons, juiced
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla
In a mason jar, shake all the ingredients together and store in the refrigerator.
- 1 cup plain kombucha
- ¼ cup celery lemon syrup
- ½ cup sparkling water
In this order, add ice to the cup, followed by sparkling water, the celery juice syrup and then the kombucha. Enjoy!
- ½ cup celery lemon syrup
- 1 oz. tequila
- ¾ cup sparkling water
- Ice
In a cocktail shaker, shake the syrup, tequila and ice; add to a cup filled halfway with sparkling water. Cheer, enjoy!
