The Truth about Transformation

The Truth about Transformation

Something that I find inspiring about transformation is that it doesn’t need to crack the foundation of your life. It’s true that sometimes it does, but it’s often not like that; which I find freeing, because big change can be scary as f*ck.

Many people stay small and hide from transformation because they are fearful of the discomfort that comes part and parcel with change, I was guilty of this too; but I’m here to say that some of the small changes in my life have made the biggest difference.

  • Moving my body daily. I’m not big on super sweaty workouts (sue me), so my choice is long, meditative walks
  • Investing time and money into my physical and mental health
  • Writing 5 things I’m grateful daily has given me gratitude for where I am- contentment is ever so nice.
  • Tracking my spending helped me pay off all my debt in a year.

You don’t need to quit your job to transform yourself into a morning person.

You don’t need to leave your man to reignite the spark in your life.

…I mean you might, but, honestly, you might not.

  • Sometimes the most meaningful changes are the small, deliberate, day-to-day habits that we commit to doing.
  • Sometimes the most meaningful transformation is committing to being a little better tomorrow than you are today.

Transformation can be BIG and sweeping; but often it’s the accumulation of small changes that gets you to where you are going.

Wishing you the most magical journey on this thing called life!

xoxoBianca
